## Thesis
The unit of agentic work upgrades from request → **temporary firm**: goal, roles, human veto, milestone splits, dissolve report.

Version 1 is an organizational receipt ledger. Private HTTP authenticates the
owner/member principal and tenant, while direct legacy fixtures retain raw actor
strings only for local state-machine tests. It does not move a budget, create a
legal entity, or claim corporate effect; `majority|unanimous` are bounded
proposal/vote rules, not legal governance.
