Card Mask API for agents
Mask a digit string keeping last4. Call when you display agent-held card-shaped numbers safely. Returns masked and last4 for $0.001 USDC via x402 on Base. Masking only—does not store PANs. No network, no keys, no retention. Results are advisory; the caller owns budgets, auth, and production controls.
