Seeded Partition: Seeded Partition assigns each caller item reproducibly into a named partition from bounded caller-supplied values without an external provider. Call Seeded Partition when an agent needs a reproducible decision that another run can independently replay. Returns the deterministic selection plus seed provenance, population bounds, and the operation-specific outcome for Seeded Partition as versioned deterministic JSON. Price: $0.001 USDC via x402 on Base. First-party, stateless, memory-only execution with no paid upstream, live RPC, web search, credentials, custody, signing, media generator, or input retention. Honest limit: Uses Python pseudorandomness for reproducibility, not cryptography, lotteries with value, security tokens, gambling, or custody.
